A clean and tidy yard is your chance to make that all important favourable first impression to potential buyers.  Curb appeal is the single most important factor when it comes to letting people want to come in your home. 

Curb appeal starts with a well maintained front yard such as well groomed lawn and flower beds, pretty shrubs, good colour scheme, a well painted front and garage doors, and a clean and safe walkway.  If potential buyers like the exterior of your house, they will ultimately want to see the interior.  This means selling your home quicker and at a higher price. 

Remember that appearance is everything but when selling your home a good appearance is vital.

Lastly, a well maintained yard will enhance the beauty and value of the community, go for it, be house proud! Your neighbours will love you for it!
