What is SUCA?
- Non-profit Community Association run by resident volunteers
- Work with Town to improve our community
- Organize community events

What SUCA has accomplished?
- Summerfest: Yard Sale, BBQ, family fun & games (June 2004, June 2005),
- Got the Town to build the park path to connect Castan to South
Unionville for students,
- Organized Spring and Fall community clean up
- Created a web site with information and a bulletin board for
residents’ comments
- Got 3 garbage cans and benches for pond area
Why contribute to SUCA?
SUCA is funded by resident membership dollars. The major costs for SUCA
throughout the year are:
- Newsletters: distributed to 2,000 homes; cost of printing and
distribution of each issue is approximately $1,000.
- www.suca.ca. Annual domain and hosting fees.
- Annual Meeting: Facility rental, refreshments, advertisement.
- All work done on a volunteer basis!

- You are helping SUCA to continue to work for the community
SUCA serves as a link between the community and the town. without a
community association it is far more difficult to get different levels of
government to act on issues that matter to us.
Without your support there will be no community
